Board Conflict of Interest

NAICU and the IRS believe good governance comes from an engaged and independent board, which leads to better tax compliance.
Each year members of the current and prior year NAICU Board of Directors and select staff are required to:
1. Review the Conflict of Interest Policy
2 Review the 2024 List of Board Members and Key Staff
3. Review the 2024 Significant and Material Vendor List
4. Complete the Conflict of Interest and IRS 990 Disclosure Questionnaire using the link:
