Olivia Lattanzi is the newest member of the NAICU government relations team and assists team members with their policy efforts and provides logistical support.

Lattanzi earned a bachelor's degree from Lafayette College (PA) where she double majored in government and law and economics with a minor in data science. Outside the classroom, she served as the director of academic affairs for the Student Government where she worked on projects such as creating a free textbook library donation system that collected over 400 books for redistribution. Additionally, she organized the first LVAIC Student Government Leadership Summit that brought together students from the six Lehigh Valley private, nonprofit colleges for a day of personal growth, team building, and intercollegiate idea sharing. She also served as the student associate to the Educational Policy Committee of Lafayette’s Board of Trustees.

In addition, she was a data science intern at Compassion International, a college coach at WeAdmit Technologies Inc., and was an admissions ambassador and senior interviewer for Lafayette's Office of Admissions. She also volunteers as a college coach with ScholarMatch, a nonprofit whose mission is to support underserved first-generation college students from low-income backgrounds to earn a bachelor’s degree within five years.
