Elon updating student transcripts to highlight four-year university experience

Elon University is working with other colleges to bring its graduates’ credentials into the 21st century, and a lot of other schools could follow in the next few years. The university is designing a transcript of a graduate’s non-academic experience in volunteering, internships, research, leadership and study abroad made to post on social media sites like LinkedIn and Facebook or online profiles.
