N.Y. Gov. Cuomo Signs Law to Fight Sexual Assault on Public and Private College Campuses

Gov. Andrew Cuomo officially signed legislation on Tuesday aimed at increasing protections against sexual assault on public and private college campuses statewide. The "Enough is Enough" legislation, as it was dubbed by the governor when he first began pushing it, codifies into law protections already on the books for SUNY campuses and created a statewide definition of affirmative consent, also known as yes means yes.
