Utica College's President on CNBC Explaining the Math Behind Tuition Cuts

Bucking the trend of annual tuition increases... that's what two small private colleges are doing next year, cutting tuition by more than 40%.  Utica College and Rosemont College in Pennsylvania are calling it a "tuition reset."  On Sunday UC President Dr. Todd Hutton was on CNBC to explain the math.
