Appeals Court Dismisses Divestment Lawsuit Against Harvard

The Massachusetts Appeals Court on Thursday dismissed a lawsuit by Harvard University students seeking to force the university to divest its pension fund from fossil fuel companies.  The panel of three appeals court justices agreed with a lower court and found that the students do not have standing to pursue the case.
