Fired Ohio State Band Director Hired at Heidelberg: Should He be Allowed to Lead Again?

Should former Ohio State University marching band director Jon Waters be allowed to wield a baton again?  Two years after Waters was fired for knowing about and failing to stop a "sexualized culture" within the band, he will become an assistant professor of music education and director of bands at Heidelberg University.  Waters, who has pending lawsuits against Ohio State, has had financial difficulties since he lost his job, which paid $150,000 a year.
