Forbes Magazine applauds Eureka College for lowering tuition

Eureka College got a nod from Forbes Magazine in an article published online earlier this week applauding the central Illinois institution as one of only a few dozen to reduce tuition as the cost of higher education nationwide has risen dramatically.
