Hopkins Doubles Down on Scholarship Program for Baltimore Public School Grads

Johns Hopkins University will nearly double the amount it spends on scholarships for Baltimore public school graduates over the next five years.  Hopkins plans to spend more than $20 million on its Baltimore Scholars program over the next five years, up from $11.6 million over the past five years.
