Menacing Clowns No Laughing Matter at Merrimack College

Merrimack College (MA) wants to work with other area schools in an effort to shut down the Clown Watch Twitter account they say is encouraging disruptive hoaxes and forcing police responses, in the wake of a false report that prompted a shelter-in-place order Monday night.
