New Scholarship Looks to Attract the Best and Brightest from the 253

It's a dream for parents: Full college tuition for all four years of undergraduate school. Beginning this fall, Tacoma's Pacific Lutheran University will offer full scholarships to students who attend high schools in the 253 area code.
