University Offers Free Housing for 'Hartford Promise' Scholars

City students dreaming of college have another incentive to do well in school: the prospect of free on-campus housing from the University of Saint Joseph.  The private West Hartford college is the latest institution of higher education to partner with the Hartford Promise, announcing Monday that it would give four years of undergraduate housing to Promise scholars who enroll there.
