West Virginia Wesleyan Names New President

After eight months of searching, West Virginia Wesleyan College’s governing board selected Joel Thierstein on Friday morning to be the school’s next president.  Thierstein, currently the executive vice president and provost of Mount St. Joseph University in Ohio, will be the school’s 19th president.  The school’s current president, Pamela Balch, announced in February that she would leave the school in December.
