Stillman College Could Close Its Doors If Debt Crisis Isn't Resolved
Tuscaloosa’s Stillman College is dealing with a financial crisis that could possibly close its doors. Stillman College's Interim president Dr. Cynthia Warrick sent out a letter to their alumni stating donations are needed to raise $275,000 to make their loan debt payment by April.
College officials said a federal loan was granted to the college in 2012 for needed campus developments and renovations.
