Diversity on a Small Scale: Sean Decatur, President of Kenyon College

With its bucolic campus, favorable national rankings, and selectivity, Kenyon College (OH) bears trappings of the most highly regarded liberal-arts institutions. As with many of them, however, data show Kenyon to be lacking in economic diversity. Sean M.
