Hobart and William Smith Colleges Welcome Their New President

Students and staff at Hobart and William Smith Colleges on Monday welcomed their new president.  Gregory Vincent, a New York City native who graduated from the Geneva-based colleges in 1983, replaces Mark Gearan, who held the job since 1999.Gearan left recently and will be ‘president in residence’ at Harvard University.
