Union College President to Step Down in June
Union College President Stephen Ainlay announced Tuesday that he will be stepping down from the top post at the end of this coming academic year. Ainlay, 66, has led the highly selective private college in Schenectady for more than a decade, overseeing major capital projects, fundraising campaigns and the launch this past spring of the college's largest and most ambitious project yet — to makeover and expand its science and engineering facilities. When he retires on June 30, 2018, he will have served the college for 12 years.
