Morthland College Investigated by State, Federal Agencies; Fined Millions Over Alleged Mishandling of Federal Funds

Just a month into a new school year, officials from the Illinois Board of Higher Education visited Morthland College on Monday after the U.S. Department of Education earlier this year revoked the school's ability to access federal student aid funds and fined the college for an alleged "breach of fiduciary duty."
