Northeast Ohio College Enrollment Holding Steady in Challenging Times; Students Are More Academically Prepared

Three cheers for strong enrollment at NE Ohio colleges,  Northeast Ohio's two- and four-year public and private colleges continue to attract new students, despite fewer high school graduates and more competition.
They are enrolling more academically prepared students and seeing the results of programs to encourage freshmen to choose majors, take full loads of classes and persist to graduation.
