Brown Offers Free Tuition to Displaced Students from University of Puerto Rico

Brown University is offering tuition-free enrollment to students from the University of Puerto Rico, after Hurricane Maria closed down their campus.  The Ivy League university in Providence, R.I., will enroll up to 50 students and help them with travel and housing, according to a release from Brown.
