Hartwick Creates $10K Grant for All Students from N.Y.

Hartwick College has announced a guaranteed tuition grant of $10,000 per year to all incoming and transfer students who are residents of New York state.  The Founders' Award scholarship will be awarded beginning in the fall of 2018 and follow students through graduation if they remain full-time and in good academic standing, according to a press release from the college. About 75 percent of Hartwick's students are from New York, and the college estimates about 300 will be the first to receive the scholarship next year.
