DePerro Inaugurated as St. Bonaventure President

Moments after the St. Bonaventure University's presidential medallion was placed around Dr. Dennis DePerro’s neck Friday as he formally became the school’s leader, he spoke about the legacy he hopes to leave behind.   
DePerro admitted that legacy probably won’t be raising grand, on-campus structures and cutting ribbons, but rather rebuilding and reinvigorating infrastructure so the university can celebrate its bicentennial in 2058 and provide a Catholic, Franciscan education for years to come.
