$10M Donation to Wheaton Ties for Largest in School History
Wheaton College (MA) announced Thursday that it's receiving of the largest donations in its 183-year history.
The school said it received a $10 million commitment from the Diana Davis Spencer Foundation to expand its social entrepreneurship programs and create a professorship on the subject. Wheaton President Dennis Hanno says it's a "transformational gift" for the school and its programs that seek to help students tackle real-world problems.
