Atlantic Union College in Lancaster Will Close

Faced with pullout from its financial backers, Atlantic Union College (MA) will close by the end of the year, a representative for the school said Wednesday.  The small, Seventh-day Adventist college, which reopened in 2015 after being shuttered for four years due to financial struggles, has informed current students of its decision, and is working to secure them transfers to other schools, according to the school’s spokesman, Emmanuel Ortiz.
