Reviving the Curriculum

Like many general-education programs, the required curriculum at Cornell University’s College of Arts and Sciences (NY) has gotten a bit stale. There’s nothing wrong with it per se, but it’s been in place for 15 years -- meaning that many if not most of the faculty members, administrators and students who helped create it are no longer on campus.
