Strengthening Ties: Trinity College and the City: New Action Lab Downtown

One of the many questions about Hartford's future is: Will it ever become a vibrant college town? A related question is how big a role Trinity College (CT), the city's oldest institution of higher education, will play in that quest.  Trinity is establishing its downtown roots. The college is renting space at 10 Constitution Plaza for a modest satellite campus that for now accommodates about 20 Trinity and Capital students participating in its new Liberal Arts Action Lab.
