Student Says Utica College Suspect Was Inside Lockdown, Trying to Calm Others

As Utica Police announced the arrest of a Utica College student in connection to the threat that caused an hours-long lockdown at the campus Monday, other students were indicating the suspect was himself part of the lockdown.
