The use of big data is revolutionizing the way that BYU’s Salt Lake Center is connecting with non-traditional students and exposing administrators to the changing realities of higher education.  While many institutions understand the value of understanding their learners, few have taken the necessary steps to make that information—and the insights they glean—part of their operating procedures.
