She Brought Gay Marriage to Iowa. A Jury Will Decide If She Brought Gender Bias to Title IX Trials.

A federal judge rejected motions for summary judgment by Grinnell College in a gender-bias lawsuit brought by an accused student, sending the matter to a jury trial. There are “genuine issues of material fact” in the treatment of “John Doe” in a Title IX proceeding spurred by two accusers, U.S. District Judge Rebecca Goodgame Ebinger wrote in Tuesday’s opinion.
