Students Left in Limbo After Veto of Private College Tuition Grants

Davenport is one of 22 private universities whose students got the grants last year. In 2018, the state awarded 2,187 Davenport students grants worth $3.1 million, the second-highest number of students awarded to any university. Baker College had the most students awarded.
