St. Augustine's University President Dies Months After Taking Helm

Saint Augustine's University President Dr. Irving Pressley McPhail has died, the university said late Thursday. McPhail officially took the helm of the Historically Black University in downtown Raleigh in mid-July. He was Saint Augustine's 12th president.
