Arbitrator Sides With Ithaca College Adjuncts

In a win for Ithaca College’s embattled adjunct faculty union, the American Arbitration Association said last week Ithaca wrongly disciplined Tom Schneller, part-time professor of music, for engaging in protected union activity.
