Former Indiana College President Found Guilty Of Child Enticement And Child Pornography Charges

Minar was arrested by the Sturgeon Bay Police Department Jan. 6, 2020, while staying at his vacation home in Door County after engaging in conversation on a mobile dating app with a police officer posing as a 15-year-old boy. At the time, Minar was the president of Franklin College. He was fired as soon as the college learned of his arrest.
