Interim President Is Named at Robert Morris University, as Another Retires
With a search already underway for a permanent presidential successor, Robert Morris University has named an interim leader to succeed another interim who is retiring. Michelle Patrick, dean of the RMU School of Business, was appointed by the board of trustees effective immediately, campus officials said Monday. It follows a decision by interim President Mary Ann Rafoth to retire from RMU. Ms. Rafoth also served as provost and senior vice president for academic affairs, a job she had held since 2019. She joined RMU in 2011 as dean of the former School of Education and Social Sciences.
