Aurora University Makes Some Smart Moves to Meet the Times

CRAIN'S: How is Aurora managing the challenges facing smaller private colleges?
SHERRICK: We've had growth in some areas, declines in others. We knew this was coming and we planned for it. A decade ago, we launched online capability, primarily for graduate programs. We're about to launch an online initiative to reach students in rural parts of the state where there are fewer options. This is the first time we've gone online for undergraduate programs.
