Christopher Zara, senior editor at Fast Company and the author of the forthcoming memoir “Uneducated”, writes:  It was probably the most nerve-racking job interview of my life. Across the table from me sat a person who had it all: years of professional experience, confidence and, perhaps most impressively from my vantage point, undergraduate and graduate degrees from two of the top journalism schools in the country.
