Chatham President Says University Is 'Through the Worst of It' After Reorganization That Reduced Deficit

Chatham University (PA) President Rhonda Phillips doesn’t anticipate any faculty layoffs or further staff layoffs at the Shadyside school that is currently battling a multi-million dollar deficit.
