Lancaster College Chooses New President

The Pennsylvania College Art & Design (PCA&D) Board of Trustees has selected Dr. Andrew Barnes as the college’s next president. Barnes will join the Lancaster-based private art and design college at the start of the spring semester on Jan. 13. He has more than a decade of experience in higher education administration, holds two terminal degrees, and is a practicing artist.
