Consumer Alert: Pennsylvania's Colleges Are Well Worth It – Presidential Opinion

Tis the season of “consumer alerts” for holiday shoppers overwhelmed by colorful ads about “the sale of the century” and “savings extravaganzas.” It’s also the season for college “shopping” time, when families look to the next step in the lives of their 18-year-old. And maybe a life-changing decision like choosing the right college especially needs a consumer alert.
