New Ronald E. McNair Postbaccalaureate Achievement Program Grantees Announced
Thirty-three NAICU member institutions have been awarded a Ronald E. McNair Postbaccalaureate Achievement (McNair) Program grant for FY2022, the Department of Education announced. The Department awarded $51.7 million in grants to a total of 189 institutions.
The McNair Program awards discretionary grants to higher education institutions for projects designed to provide disadvantaged college students with effective preparation for doctoral study. This program is one of the seven programs collectively known as the Federal TRIO Programs.
